1. Introduction
Welcome to Kralyari Hotel. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations: All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required upon check-in.
• We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards.
• Additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

5. Rates

• Room rates are per night and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest’s account.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. A non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.

8. Smoking Policy

• Kralyari Hotel is a non-smoking facility. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.

9. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations or refuse service to any guest acting in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
